Pakistan Cricket Board Announces the Women’s Central Contracts For 2025-26

A total of 20 cricketers have been given a central contract across five different categories. Category D has the largest number of players, with 10 placed in it.

PCB announced the much-awaited Pakistan Women Central Contracts on August 6th for the 2025–2026 season. The board has included 20 players across various categories.

Pakistan Women Cricketers Get 50% Salary Hike in New Central Contracts

The new contracts will be in effect from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026. During this period, players across all categories will receive a 50% hike in their monthly salaries. The contracts were finalized by the women’s selection committee in consultation with head coach Muhammad Wasim.

The highest-paying slot, Category ‘A’, has been awarded to four players. These include the No. 1 T20I bowler Sadia Iqbal, wicket-keeper batter Muneeba Ali, skipper Fatima Sana, and top-order batter Sidra Amin.

Notable inclusions in the list are Aliya Riaz (Category B); Natalia Parvaiz, Sidra Nawaz, and Waheeda Akhtar (all in Category D); and young talents Eyman Fatima and Shawaal Zulfiqar (both in Category E).

PCB has also included two emerging players in this cycle. Eyman Fatima, who is yet to debut for the national side, and Shawaal Zulfiqar, who has already featured in three ODIs and seven T20Is.

Among the key promotions, Diana Baig moves up from Category C to B, while Rameen Shamim climbs from Category D to C.
